There is no denying that for a long time, women were treated very differently in the workplace. And whilst people have been making great efforts to eliminate certain behaviors, thoughts, and ways of acting, it can be hard for some people to truly rid themselves of specific behaviors.

But we are not making excuses for them… This woman took matters into her own hands after she was asked one too many times to take notes in a meeting when she wasn’t even in an admin role. Not only did she refuse to do the task politely, but she offered a different alternative that her boss wasn’t sure how to respond to.
