There is no denying that when it comes to certain jobs in the workplace, people often take tasks on without their work being noticed, thanked, or even paid to do so. And whilst there are certain things in the workplace that everyone needs to do from time to time that they don’t want to do, no one should feel like they have been given an unfair task.

The fact that this woman, who is the head of marketing, is asked to collect drink orders and prepare them for everyone every time there is a meeting is purely based on the fact that she’s a woman. We can guarantee you that just because she is a woman doesn’t mean that she makes better coffee than anyone else in that room.
