#49: Not Manager Material

When it comes to being a manager, there are certain qualities that every person aspiring to be a manager should have… Considering that a manager is the head of a team, coordinates schedules, and is generally in charge, they should be able to hold themselves and their team accountable when they need to.

But it doesn’t seem like all managers understand that this is a part of their job description… The fact that this manager sent over 3-4 different people to ask this woman if she could get a birthday card for an upcoming birthday instead of going himself is absolutely ridiculous… Maybe he shouldn’t be a manager.
