Something that many women realize the older they get is that in society, men are often coddled, whilst women are forced to grow up at a young age. Sure, men are seen as the tough ones, the breadwinners, but in reality, women are the ones who have had to grow up much faster and do things without questioning them.

The fact that the boss of this company had to tell a male employee to stop leaving his dirty dishes in the sink is wild… It appears as though he genuinely thought that if you leave things out, someone will always pick them up for you. That might be what he is used to, but his boss clarified that wouldn’t be happening in the workplace.
