There is no denying that sometimes in life, if you project a certain image or reality, then people will begin to believe it to be true. So when people are hiring for job interviews, it is important to make sure that potential new employees are presented with a positive image of the company and what they do.

But making someone sit in interviews with you so that they can look pretty and appeal to the potential new employee is kind of messed up… No one should be made to feel that they are only as good as their physical appearance, which is kind of what this is.
