#28: Only Men Like Sports

One of the biggest misconceptions surrounding sports and the sporting industry is that it exists exclusively for men and only men. And whilst for many years this was the case, it wasn’t the choice of women. These days, more and more women choose to not only follow different sports but also participate in them.

Since when is it assumed that women don’t like sports? We’re not sure why we need to keep reminding everyone, but the year is 2022, and it is about time that the rest of the world catches up. This woman not only deserved to be rewarded for her work, but she also deserved to be at this very exclusive sporting event.
