#21: Have Fun!

For such a long time, women have been the ones to pick up the slack and do the extra unwanted work without saying a word because it was simply expected of them. Sure, this system worked well for those who benefited, but after a while, women began feeling fed up with this unspoken rule and changed the reality.

When asked to clean the men’s room, simply because she was a woman, this female employee told her male manager in no uncertain terms that he harbors all of the necessary things in order to be able also to fulfill the task. We would have loved to have been in the room when this happened…
