#20: Not My Job…

In many modern workplaces, men and women can work in the same positions with the same responsibilities and have it be a pleasant working environment. But even though everything looks normal and nice, it doesn’t mean that it actually is… Certain questionable behaviors can appear from time to time.

But for some reason, even with clear roles and positions, people in the workplace still rely on women for the extra things… This woman, whilst being most of these workers’ superiors, was still the one who was asked and expected to take notes in meetings and send a recap email.
