In every job, there are certain things that we don’t want to do but inevitably end up doing for whatever reason… Even though we would prefer not to do these tasks, we know that by taking one for the team usually leaves you in a better position afterward. But not all tasks that people ask you to do will leave you in a better position than when you started…

And we’re pretty sure that sweeping up cigarette butts outside is not something that will get this person a promotion or even make them feel appreciated. When people hand out tasks that they are perfectly capable of doing themselves, that’s when you know that they have reached peaked laziness.
