For some people, it takes a long time to have platonic relationships with people of the opposite gender. If you didn’t spend a lot of time with the opposite gender when you were younger, then chances are it might take you some time to adapt to them.

And perhaps it should have stayed that way… Can you imagine walking down the street with your male friend and he quite literally points out to you the very thing you both just spoke about? At least this guy apologized without even having to be asked…
