Here Comes the Sun

Extreme weather conditions can really take a toll on your property, including your car. Whether you’re preventing ice buildup or scraping off the ice, you’re doing extra work. It doesn’t really matter if you’re doing the work at the end of your day or the beginning of it; that’s still precious time that should be all yours. So why not let Mother Nature help you?

Whenever possible, park your car so that it’s pointing east. That way, when the sun rises the following day, the heat will start giving you a helping hand with melting the ice. Of course, this only works if you leave your home after sunrise and if it isn’t an overcast day. Still, every little bit helps!
