Noodle Your Door

Windows aren’t the only drafty area of your home during the cold months. Doors are notorious for allowing cold air to infiltrate your home. It may be challenging to put a stopper by the door to keep the area warm and quickly go in and out. That’s why you need a pool noodle!

These pool floaties are terrific for so many hacks around your home, but this may be their most practical use yet (besides helping you float in the pool). Simply cut a length of pool noodle the length of your door, and then slice a small part off the top. Next, slide it under and around the bottom of your door, and voila! No more draft! And the best part is that it doesn’t prevent your door from opening.
