It’s safe to say that the protagonist’s family tree is a bit more complex than most. With seven siblings and seven different fathers, their mother must have been quite the catch back in the day. Or maybe she just had a bit of trouble keeping track of birth control; who knows?

Either way, the protagonist and their siblings have quite an eclectic gene pool to draw from. Who needs genetic diversity when you’ve got a whole range of dads to choose from, right? It’s clear that their family reunions must be filled with the potential for awkward introductions and surprise revelations.
