#8: A Secret Love

Some people go through an entire life keeping fundamental secrets from their family and friends. People can lead double lives or have completely different identity than the one they portray to their families. It’s always shocking how individuals manage to keep these secrets all these years, but that goes to show how much they have to lose.

While cleaning out his uncle’s house, this person and his family uncovered a huge secret he was keeping from them. He didn’t die of cancer, like his family believed, but HIV. All these years, he was living in the closet, and had a boyfriend none of his family members knew about. Apparently, he was more than just a boyfriend, but the love of his life.
