#3: Scavenger Hunt

It’s not uncommon for people to hide cash somewhere around the house as a backup for a rainy day. People who grew up during trying times, in particular, want to have this sort of security deposit in case of an emergency (what kind of an emergency? We would rather not know).

But what this person’s father did is different; he didn’t just hide an amount of cash somewhere safe in his house – he scattered bits of cash that accrued to 800 dollars around the apartment. Was he expecting his kids to someday clean out his home and enjoy this little treasure hunt? That’s what his children suspect, and it made them pretty happy.
