#16: Ninth Time’s a Charm?

Some of us meet the love of our lives in high chol and never look back, and other people have to kiss a lot of frogs before finding their prince, so to speak. Although it might be frowned upon in certain social circles, its not uncommon for people to get married and divorced multiple times throughout their lives.

That being said, being married nine times is a bit unusual, if you ask us. Maybe that’s why this storyteller’s step-grandma didn’t like to share this bit of information about herself. She told her last husband – our storyteller’s grandpa – that she’s been married three times before, making him her fourth husband. As it turned out, he was her ninth husband!
