#7: Plastic is Everywhere

These days, there is no denying the intense effects of living around so much plastic has done to us as human beings. Sure, we might not be intentionally consuming this plastic, but there are plenty of different ways these plastics have found their way into our bodies.

Microplastics, the things that are found in some cleaning and skin care products, have started making their way into our bodies. Even if you do everything in your power to avoid these things, they somehow show up in the different things we eat and even in the water we drink.
