#38: How Would You Like Your Eggs?

We love it when kitchen appliance enthusiasts come across oddly specific tools from back in the day. This little machine is built specifically to poach eggs. We can’t see inside, but we’re guessing that there are several little cubbies that hold eggs while they cook in boiling water. When grandma used this machine, she got perfect poached eggs every time. 

The person who posted this neat appliance said that it’s at least 60 years old. Their partner uses it to poach eggs, so it’s still going strong in the kitchen. This thing is a champ. Its years of experience probably help it make some fabulous and delicious poached eggs, too.
