#28: A Shabby Chic Renovation

This is an interesting kitchen find because it’s been completely renovated into something new. Someone posted on Reddit that a friend was visiting Priscilla Presley’s estate sale and came across this wild creation. No, your eyes are not deceiving you. That’s a vintage wood-burning oven converted into a vanity sink.

The conversion is kind of off-putting. A lot of people commented on the original post, complaining how blasphemous it was to turn such a beautiful antique into an ugly sink. We’ll admit that the tile on the sink is pretty dated and doesn’t match the antique charm of the oven. What do you think? Priscilla Presley obviously liked it if she had it in her home!
