#23: This Can’t be Real…

As far as we’re concerned, it is never ok to joke about domestic violence or violence against women. There is no denying that this is a big issue in many parts of the world, and joking about it is extremely insensitive. We know that many lines were blurred 50 or so years ago, but that doesn’t mean it would have been an ok thing to joke about.

The fact that an actual company printed an advertisement like this at some point is absolutely wild. When would this kind of title be an ok thing to print and endorse, even if it was meant in a joking manner? We know people have fond memories of the old days, but we are glad that this kind of thing isn’t given space anymore.
