#27: Is That a Bundt Cake?
Bundt cakes are traditionally known as cakes that have a rather perfect hole right down the middle formed by the cake tin. Typically chocolate or marble flavored, these cakes go excellent with a cup of tea and coffee and are the perfect after-dinner treat.

This, however, is most certainly not a Bundt cake, no matter how much it tries to look like one. There isn’t much drawing me to this salad/cake/aspic invention, but I can appreciate that to some, this is a very sacred dish that has been with the family for quite some time.
