#21: I’m Sorry, What Now?

Have you ever seen the film, Edward Scissorhands? If so, you might recall how the color palette of the film was very much pastel. The houses, the cars, and even the food were all different colors and shades of pastel.

Edwards Scissorhands and this dish have that in common. There isn’t ever a need for a dish, that refers to itself as a salad, to be this color. If the ingredients weren’t strange enough as it is, the color ought to turn you off. But hey, each family has its traditions…
