Souvenirs Lie

Buying gifts for your loved ones back home is an important part of visiting new places. Most of us settle for fun souvenirs like fridge magnets, keychains, shot glasses, and t-shirts from local gift shops. Make sure you pay close attention to what you buy though or you may end up with something like this person did.

All they wanted to do was make their friend smile with this “I love London” tee. On closer inspection, they realized that there was one not-so-minor detail that the manufacturers missed. Instead of a landmark structure from London, the t-shirt featured Paris’ Eiffel Tower in all its iconic glory. Oops!
