These days, social media is the place to discuss any topic of choice. From disagreeing with politicians to calling out a person’s wrongdoings, you can have any conversation and state your opinion publicly. And it’s all fun and games until the choice of topic is you – or something else that’s personal and embarrassing for you.

It can get pretty awkward when your mom is Facebook friends with your mother-in-law. It is usually mutually beneficial until someone brings up a personal topic on a public platform.
