Calling You Out
Taking care of your body is an essential part of having a positive state of mind. Whether it’s working out or just doing simple stretches every day, working out your body also works you out mentally. Everyone can find what works for them because people enjoy different things, whether it’s jogging or pilates.

However, just because you’re doing something for yourself doesn’t mean that everyone else should do it too. One mother-in-law pushes the issue of working out to the point of tagging both her daughter and daughter-in-law in a workout post, claiming that they have no excuse not to work out because she did.
