Tone it Down

As all of you probably know too well, marriage takes work to keep the love alive. It’s easier for some to accomplish this as they take time and are keenly aware of their relationship. Others can easily get caught up with work and stress while their relationship slips right out of their hands.

Twenty-two years is a long time to be married for her husband just to leave a Post-it note claiming it was over. As the wife tried to contact him, she contacted her mother-in-law, who proceeded to scream about all her wrongdoings and how nothing else mattered except her son. This mother-in-law couldn’t tone it down to properly express herself, as she took the opportunity to lay into the wife. No matter the circumstances, we still think leaving your wife through a Post-it note is harsh.
