Spreading Rumors

Young couples can have a lot to deal with when meeting and interacting with their spouse’s family. What was your first impression of your spouse’s family? What did they think of you? We’ll probably never have the answers to these questions. Family isn’t always the easy part of the relationship, especially if they end up disliking your partner.

In this case, the mother of his girlfriend went about spreading rumors that she was pregnant. It’s unclear why she or anyone else would go about spreading rumors of such a life-altering event. After being threatened by multiple family members, it came to light that the rumor wasn’t true. The boyfriend has a right to be infuriated.
