He Made His Choice

We can appreciate that mothers want the best for their kids and have their best interest in mind, but sometimes, they want what they think is best for them, and don’t really care what their kids have to say. They think they know better and they want to control their kids’ lives.

That’s what happened for this woman, who had to deal with her MIL bringing her husband’s ex-girlfriend to their wedding as a not-so-subtle way of reminding him he had other options. It sounds like this mother had a hard time accepting her son has made his choice (which maybe wasn’t her first choice) and found the woman he wants to spend the rest of his life with.
