#7: Party Pooper

This landlord was pretty irate to discover that somebody’s pet was using the hallway as a bathroom. To be fair, we can’t really blame him. That’s the last thing you want to see – or smell – first thing in the morning as you go out of your apartment. It’s also incredibly unfair to the other tenants of the building.

Now, to punish all pet owners in the building is also unfair. We assume that this notice was sent to all the renters on the fourth floor and that the landlord wasn’t sure who the was guilty party. Rather than telling all the units that they need to get rid of their pets, every effort should be made to track down the culprit.
