#45: Good Intentions

After a long and tiring day at work, we all dream about coming home and relaxing for the rest of the evening. Most people look forward to it all day long. So, it’s not fun when something pops up that prevents you from unwinding in the manner you intended. Especially when your landlord is responsible for that something.

To be fair to this landlord, at least he was trying to repair a problem that needed attention – which isn’t something you can say in favor of most landlords. However, a little pre-warning would have been nice for this tenant. No one wants to home to an unexpected mess at the end of a long day. Now they’ll have to spend their evening cleaning instead of relaxing. Surprise!
