#43: Unreasonable Expectations
It’s highly unreasonable for a landlord to expect to be able to deprive his renters of basic human dignity. Denying his tenants the ability to use air conditioning – or a fan – during a heatwave? That seems inhumane. What’s next? Denying these people some heat in winter? That doesn’t seem too far off.

The worst part is that he didn’t just tell them off or give them a fine; the worst part is that he gave them the boot. He wants to evict them for using a fan in the middle of summer. Essentially, he’s turning his tenants out on the street because they tried to find some relief during scorching weather. Who knew that their landlord was Mr. Heat Miser?
