#42: Save Water

When there are kids in your building, there are times you’re bound to be inconvenienced a bit. Kids can be messy and loud and they can even be wasteful. But is it really a good idea to act like Ebenezer Scrooge to the children who live in your building? They were just trying to have some fun.

These parents wanted to give their young kids a fun summertime activity. Yeah, we get it; kiddie pools waste an awful amount of water. But can a landlord really limit how much water their renters use? On the other hand, if it is hot out, and the kids need something fun to do, by all means, we say let them have their fun!
