#41: Non-Labor Day
Labor Day is a worthy day to celebrate. But, first, it’s important to remember the laborers of our country who fought for the right to have regular work hours, weekends, and holidays. So honoring them by taking the day off of work seems incredibly fitting, even for landlords.

It’s just a little odd that this landlord felt the need to announce it to his tenant. Of course, since most folks have that day off from work, the tenant likely assumed the landlord did, as well. This just seems like unnecessary communication from a landlord, and nobody wants that. However, this offense is minor compared with some of the doozies we’ve seen on this list.
