#34: Every Move You Make

This next landlord crosses the line from “icky” to “criminal.” There’s nothing wrong with doing some repairs in your tenant’s rental unit, but there is something wrong with installing a camera without permission. In fact, it’s downright illegal. Above all, it’s legitimately creepy. Why would he want to watch his renters? It takes a special kind of creep to do something like this.

The funny part (if you can find anything funny about this situation) is that the camera wasn’t even hidden very well. Did he really think no one was going to notice the new piece of equipment? If he thought he could get away with this, what else has this guy been up to that he also thought he could get away with?
