#32: Could Be Worse

Just because something could get worse doesn’t mean it’s “not that bad”. We’d say having rats gnaw through an electrical outlet in your wall is the definition of “that bad.” We’re not sure if these are rats or mice, but does that even matter? This photo is spooky enough to give us nightmares!

Unfortunately, this is just another Thursday when it comes to NYC apartments. Living in one of the greatest cities in the world comes with a price, and we’re not just talking about the ridiculously high rent. A lot of NYC apartments are in shameful conditions, but people are willing to put up with a lot all for a chance to experience the Big Apple.
