#28: A Family of Rats

Imagine coming home to your apartment after a long day at work to discover that you have several new roommates; and that those roommates are a family of rats. Eeek! If that were us, we would have run away, never to have come back again. However, this renter was a bit more level-headed and texted their landlord.

What could possibly make this situation worse? For starters, the landlord refusing to help you could be pretty bad. But turning into the stereotypical landlord and asking about rent at a time like is just soulless. And a bit funny. He didn’t actually believe this person was keeping the rats as pets, right? This was his sleazy way of letting them know they won’t get any help from him.
