#20: Who Is This?

It is a little disheartening to realize that your landlord doesn’t know who you are. After all, you write a large check to him every month, and he is responsible for the general maintenance of your apartment. So you would at least think he would know who his tenants are.

On the bright side, it’s refreshing to see a landlord that doesn’t about the condition of the washing machine or trying to weasel out of it. The fact that he’s asking “which house” is an excellent sign that he’s taking the broken washing machine seriously and would take measures to fix it. We’ll take it!
