#2: It’s Called “Art”

Nobody likes to see a cockroach in their apartment. They are creepy and just all-around icky. People go out of their way to get rid of these nasty pests if they spot them in their homes. We can’t think of one person who isn’t grossed out by the thought of roaches in the house. Wait, yes, we can – this landlord.

By painting over the cockroach, this landlord enshrined it on the apartment wall forever. That’s just nasty. Most likely, he wasn’t bothered by it because he knew he wouldn’t have to be the one living with it. Still, how hard would it have been for him to remove the offending critter before painting?
