#12: Whose House Is This?
It makes sense to choose a neutral location if you need to meet up with a stranger to complete a transaction. Most people choose a coffee shop, a bar, or maybe even a public library. But this person seems to have gone in a completely different direction with this thought.

Why would he choose a random person’s front porch to meet his new renters? We get it if he didn’t want them to know his home address; that makes complete sense. But why, then, wouldn’t he choose a public space? The more we think of it, we realize that he had to be joking about not knowing who lived there. Don’t you think?
