#19: Saved by the Ring

At the end of the day, we all care for our siblings, even if we don’t show it on a regular basis. While this brother may have been an absolute jerk most of the time, he obviously still cared about his little sister enough to pick up the phone and call when he felt he needed to. Sometimes it’s easier to stop and take a moment after hearing from people who tend to serve tough love on a silver platter.

I, too, hope that she’s gotten the therapy she needs. Life can feel really dark sometimes, but each part is only a season. If we can make it through, life will get better! If you or someone you know is struggling, don’t be scared to reach out. You have more support than you know, and even a stranger or an estranged brother can get you back on track.
