A Package Deal

You probably remember being obsessed with Halloween as a kid. Trick-or-treating was the most important holiday of the year. Who knew what amazing treats you’d get thrown into your trick-or-treat bag? The wonders never ceased. With that excitement came plenty of snobbiness. Different types of candy definitely held different types of value. 

But what happened when you received something other than candy? It was a huge disappointment! This person clearly remembers getting a toothbrush during trick-or-treating one year. Obviously, they were incredibly disappointed and more than a little ticked off that an adult would give out such a lame gift. Looking back, that adult was sending a snarky warning about the dangers of sugar.
