When it comes to some parents, there is no denying that they can have a tendency to be a little bit overbearing at times. Perhaps they feel like their child needs a little bit of extra attention or support, or maybe they don’t want their child to feel scared. But no matter what, it always ends up putting the child in a weird place…

We’re sure that this parent meant this text message with the best of intentions and hopefully not to embarrass their child, but the whole thing is kind of intense. Since when is it ok to attend a sleepover party with your child and stay the night? Unless there is something further we don’t know about this specific case, we can’t help but feel it is inappropriate.
