#40: Parenting 2.0

Let’s be honest; is there anything more challenging than parenting? No matter what you do, you’re going to mess up sooner or later, and chances are that your child is going to find 1 million reasons why you’re a bad parent. But when you give your child a real reason to believe you’re a bad parent, then that’s on you.

This is a surefire way to make sure your child is going to hold a pretty big grudge against you for the foreseeable future. Sure, it’s not great that this woman’s child didn’t obey her wishes, but doing something like this and waiting for your likely tween or teenage daughter to find out is actually pretty cruel in today’s day and age.
