#39: Diaper Man

When it comes to the people who shop at Walmart, it almost feels like there can’t be any more surprises. Even though we haven’t, it kind of feels like we have seen it all… But Walmart is the kind of place where people don’t care at all about what other people think of them, which allows for some pretty crazy outfit choices.

Just when you think that you have seen it all, we hadn’t yet been introduced to diaper man… Considering that this man was sporting a blue and white polka-dotted tutu diaper, it is safe to say that he couldn’t care less what other people think of him or of his attire. For a man only wearing underwear, he seems rather enthralled by which plastic tub to buy…
