#12: Half His Pants Are Missing…

Every time you go to Walmart, chances are that you are going to find someone or something in a compromising position. There is no way of explaining it, but Walmart really is one of those places that has a track record for having customers that choose to dress and behave in questionable ways.

And this man is definitely one of those types of customers… We are all for dressing how you feel and experimenting with your wardrobe, but this ensemble might be a little bit too much, even for us. We assume that this guy like this jean shorts/denim leg warmer situation that he has going on, but it doesn’t make much sense to us.
