Alchemic Women

So, let me get this straight – women’s periods are supposed to “cleanse” men’s “energy” after sex, or we’ll become mentally ill? Um, no thanks. I think I’ll stick to actual science regarding my own body and bodily choices; thank you very much. This is some medieval-era stuff!

And what’s with this idea that men are somehow entitled to “emotional laundry” from women? Last time I checked, sex was a two-way street, and both parties are responsible for their own emotional well-being. To any guy who thinks they’re entitled to some kind of mystical “cleansing” after sex – how about you take responsibility for your own emotions?
