Attack of the Meatheads

Bullying isn’t something that only happens in childhood. For some reason, there are full-grown adults that think it’s cool to rag on other people who are different from them. This storyteller encountered someone getting bullied at the gym because he was overweight. He decided to speak out, and his courage inadvertently changed that person’s life!

Our storyteller suspected this was his first time going to the gym consistently, so he would be friendly and say hello sometimes. One day, some gym rat started picking on this guy, saying he was “too fat” to be there. Most people would probably choose to mind their own business and ignore that scene – which is also understandable – but our storyteller stood up for the guy and told off the insulting meathead.
