#40: *Eye Twitching with Frustration*

Is this person seriously threatening to call the cops for tax evasion if people don’t stop locking their cars after 8 pm *because of the noise it makes*? Look, I get it. I have kids, and one of their rooms is at the front of the house. We hear every dog bark, every firework, every horn beep, and definitely every car locking noise on the block.

We even have one car that rolls through the neighborhood backfiring every twenty feet around 9 pm. It’s frustrating, but when I stop to think about it, not once has it bothered my kids. They sleep right through it. I always think it’s going to ruin bedtime, but it doesn’t because it’s what they’re used to. Besides, it’s a wholly unreasonable request!
