#37: Private Browsing Isn’t Private
When you use the private browsing function on your computer, phone, or tablet, you stop the system from recording the websites you visit or the words you search. It doesn’t stop the websites from pinging or a cache from being loaded. In other words, it’s only private on your device.

You should only use private if you’re trying to be sneaky and search for birthday presents or perhaps looking up something embarrassing on your phone. Don’t use it to research crimes or do research for anything you shouldn’t be looking at. It won’t save you from a day in court or a guilty verdict!
