A duck in a dog’s mask

We’ve heard of the phrase, a wolf in sheep’s clothing. It basically means someone is masquerading as a good person when in fact, they’re evil to the core. Well, this isn’t exactly that, but instead, it’s a pupper residing on the face of a mallard.

It doesn’t take a ton of imagination to see that this mallard’s bill looks exactly like a cartoonish dog or coyote. Now we are confused about what to do with this new realization that ducks could be wearing dog’s masks. Does this mean that ducks aren’t good, or could there be another meaning to it? Either way, we certainly know a new fact about ducks today!
